Custom orders give you the freedom to express yourself to the maximum. Each piece is made to your size and style specifications. On average custom orders take three days to complete. If the turnover time is longer due to materials, you will be notified immediately.

What you need to know about your custom order:

- All custom order require a 25% deposit. This deposit will cover a portion of the materials and is non-refundable.
- All designs must be approved by you before they are paid and shipped. Once a design is approved changes cannot be made.
- An e-mail or text message will be sent for your confirmation of the design.
- Items must be paid within 48 hours of completion unless other arrangements are made.
